Jani in his prime is truly one of the greats. Great vibrato, great tone, he always connected with his audience. An all time great for sure.

He is irreplaceable. He was and is warrant. Especially for the fact he wrote all the music practically

Jani is a great singer and song writer. being an alcoholic is a disease and it is treatable and curable. Please remember as he was... a good person with a good heart. Too many have walked the path and died as he did. It is not his fault but the fault of the industry that prays on artists trying to make it and they churn you up, use you out and tos you aside. He deserves so much more than that from those he made MILLIONS and MILLIONS for. Where is WEA now????? MIA

...SONG OF THE DAY!!! 🤘🏿ULTRAMEGAROLOTA🤘🏿

Wow! I remember watching this when it was broadcast on MTV. (I should have taped it.) Warrant was great and Jani was a special talent. It's a shame they were labeled a hair band, as if long hair negated their musical ability.

Is it just me or are Jaime St. James and Robert Mason horrible replacements for Jani Lane
@magnusfiskvik5094 жыл бұрын
Agree, Especially Mason is more of a studio musician for me. He's a quite good singer.. in studio. He even struggles with his own songs live! Warrant should have gone for the Danger Danger vocalist Ted Poley. Fits the voice and scene personality for Warrant much better imo.

Exactly! Biggest or popular or album sales have NOTHING to do with talent!!! PLENTY OF EXAMPLES: New Kids on The Block, Rick Springfield, Backsstreet Boys, "Who Let The Dogs Out", Peter Cetera, etc. etc. etc!!!! Learn this difference between "popularity" & TALENT!

That's just the thing...if they hadn't teased their hair and hadn't worn any make-up, but played the same songs, you'd give them the respect they deserved. Oh, and I like Tool, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd....just cause I like Warrant, it doesn't mean that my musical tastes are limited to hard rock. People who play other kinds of music would laugh at your list and say that they're hack musicians, so....?!!
