Cant get over how clean your boat is 👏 the fact you say its a bit grubby is hilarious. Fair play mate

Fair enough mate, I do like my fishing boat, as long as it doesn’t smell like one! 👍

@@fishingsalcombejust a quick question what size is your penn?
@fishingsalcombe2 ай бұрын
@supermotoxcw7695 I have a 15 and a 30. The 15 is my favourite size and it’s the two speed lever drag.

I've just got mine a few months ago, first time owner. Once you're prepared to do a small bit of work then you'll be happy out

7:40 what size is the coolbox. I was going to buy the larger one for the back but I like your idea better now. Great vid and thank you
@fishingsalcombe2 ай бұрын
Mine is the 25 QT BMX. I have a piece of plastic that sits in the fuel hatch gutter to prevent it sliding back. The size works well for me for cool storage and a seat 👍

Great to hear from you the how and why of your boot. For me (not having a boat) was a eye-opener in some subjects. And makes me more jealous towards boat owners 😉😉😉. Greetz from Stipo

Thank you Stipo, boat prices seem to be finally coming down after the Covid boom. Maybe time to get one? 👍🎣🛥️

you don't have to worry about fuel in an auxillary outboard if you use ASPEN fuel. normal fuel goes off after a few months whereas aspen lasts for years. So you wont have to clean carbs out.
@fishingsalcombe2 ай бұрын
Thanks, I’ll have a look at that 👍

I use that stuff for the garden equipment, saves an awful lot of time and can leave it without causing issues. Bit pricey but never thought of using it for the Aux till now

Excellent informative video rob. Isn’t there a way to put the batteries under the seating on the port side to help the balance. Perhaps longer leads it’s not that far. I like the look of the 175 just can’t afford one right now lol 😊
@fishingsalcombe2 ай бұрын
Thanks Dave, yes, that would help but the cable route isn’t easy and that locker isn’t ventilated. Easier at the design stage, which would have helped but not an easy retrofit 👍
