When I first started practicing yoga a couple years ago, your channel was the first one I came across and is what made me fall in love with and stick to the practice- every single day for the last 2 years. I especially love that you have a video for almost every single yoga pose/ flow/ body part focused that one could ever dream of! My absolute favorite yoga channel. I adore the variety and times (30 mins, 45 mins, 1 hr). Clear cues, good pace, great sequencing, and my lower back isn’t complaining while laying in shavasana. Thank you, Erin 🙏🏻

Oh, how I loved this flow. The opportunity to learn how to practice and improve the airplane poses multiple times was wonderful. I could feel myself improving slightly each time we got back to it. I love standing poses, but airplane is a challenge and today I was able to steady myself as you verbally guided us. Thank you. Such a great flow.

Wow, this was harder than I expected! Legs were shaking after just the first sequence. But that forced me to use the ground and my breath, and I felt super strong for getting to the end. Thanks for this class (and all of your other classes!)

What interesting warrior variations you've put together! I also appreciate that this is not only a physical challenge but a mental one as well. Moving between the various warrior poses requires a lot of focus.

My favorite poses in yoga are Warrior 2 and Warrior 3 so when I saw this video my heart got so happy! What a fantastic focused class working variations of this pose. This class seems like it was meant for me! I've been keeping up with a 45min/day yoga challenge and your videos have all been amazing, but this one in particular rocked my socks! I'll definitely be coming back to this video all the time.

Wow that was exhausting but pleasantly so... I am just starting teachers training and have to write a sequence with warrior as the peak.. of course.. the pose I like least, or one of them.. is warrior 3.. Loved this flow especially the additions of humble warrior, the pyramid and the arrow arms.. [reminds me of chi king bow and arrow]. I feel stretched, peaceful, and have gotten some good tips..

I really love the warrior poses, but I cannot do Warrior 1 with completely forward facing hips. I am double-jointed, and have dislocated my left knee multiple times, usually during a twisting motion of some kind. So when in this pose, I make sure to keep my back hip in line with the angle of my back foot. So for example, when performing Warrior 1, if my back foot (let's say it's the left foot) is facing out at a 45 degree angle, I make sure that my left hip is also facing out at a 45 degree angle, NOT facing directly forward, which would put undo pressure on my left knee. I stay squared forward from my ribs and chest up, but I let my hip remain soft and in-line with my back foot.
