This 45-minute class includes a variety of postures that will relax your body and mind. This class is not fast-moving, and the “holds” are not long. Please make any adjustments and modifications as needed. Postures include cobra with neck stretches, child’s pose, and shoulder stretches in modified cow face pose. Following cat/cow and down dog, enjoy some gentle and short vinyasa flow (side bends, forward fold and cobra). Toward the middle of class, enjoy seated postures such as staff, forward fold and seated twists. The last portion of this class includes supine stretches for your spine and hips. Complete your class with legs up the wall pose and savasana.
