Warrior R/X3 & R/X4 Pro Knee Pads COMPARISON

I really appreciate this video as someone who wears the X4 pro +, I bought them to cushion my knees when I went down to the ice. I do find it a challenge to keep them from falling out of the knee block sometimes. I wear a tight sock over the pads and I don't have an issue with them sliding down, however I will try putting a lace through the loop and into the Vaughn underwear. from your comments I think I should be wearing the X4

I’m switching to warrior gear from Bauer and I’m hoping I keep the same mobility. Going to take a minute to break the gear in. Good take on knee protection, I like it very slim they should make a set where you can remove the 3rd shell if you don’t want it or something along the lines of a modular set.

Try putting the elastic over the little upper knee section to create a knee socket I was told that is how you are suppose to wear them and its how I wear mine gives you a better fit on top of the knee.

I wear them exactly as they came out of the box. I have zero issues with fit and have no need to adjust anything on these.

@@chrisxdudo I was told they ship them without that part under the elastic is for packaging so they can lay flat. Give it a try and see if you like it better.

I'm still rocking the knee pads that came with my Ritual G1s. They've been good to me so far. I prefer a lower profile kneepad since I wear a knee brace. Reducing the amount of bulk around the knee is key for me. I'll have to check out the new line of warrior knee pads sometime. I'll eventually need to replace what I'm using. I appreciate all the equipment reviews.

Replacing your knee pads every season does wonders for protecting your knees and keeping them comfortable. I’d suggest getting a new pair of the E+.

Nice review, I currently use the Bauer pro knee guards and yes they protect but I find they are harder on the knees when you drop ( padding wise) ....Do you think the warrior pro has more padding vs the bauer pro?.......looking to find a little more comfort when landing
