Hi. What to do if the hip is slighly out of alignment? One side of the glutes do most of the the job instead of both... I love these tutorial videos. Even though I work out regularly, it's absolutely essential to know how to do certain moves. Thanks for the hard work you put into these tutorials.

Save the knees by sacrificing your back. Normal squats are fine for beginners. If someone has knee problems they can do lunges, these will only create new problems.
