When I last spoke about completing the 75 Hard, I had just finished it under a week prior. Now that over three months have passed since then, I feel I can talk more about the lasting effects of completing the challenge, positive and negative. The short answer to the episode title is a resounding ‘yes’, but I definitely have a more measured perspective on how and why now that some time has passed. Hope you enjoy! Just a reminder - you can use the code DAVIDLARBI for a Gymshark discount!

I just finished watching your two episodes on 75 Hard as I'm starting it as off today as well! I found you on instagram and have to say that I love the way you are communicating your message. Your soft voice makes for room to reflect in my own life, which is a very important thing to do. Especially in this society, where the most screamy voices get the most attention, it's lovely to see you are out here changing people's perception on things in such a profound, positve way! Keep it up my friend, you just had a new avid subscriber to the channel!

Exposing these thoughts for us to react to is powerful. The part about striving for stability as motive for your actions/decisions caused me to realize some almost opposite patterns in myself. I have run towards chaos in some ways as an adult because I felt restricted and deprived by heavy layers of “protection” imposed by authorities. Thank you for the inspiration to examine ourselves. Prosperity + Peace to you!

Such a real person with qualities that are lacking in todays society. I wish all those self help gurus were more like you. I only wish that you could be more popular as you really deserve it.

I really appreciate that so much, I really feel humbled by such a kind opinion of me and my work! Honestly, just the fact that anyone feels like this makes everything so worth it regardless of popularity, so thank you very much❤️

I enjoyed watching this. i did 75HARD in 2022 and all the reflections you outlined are my exact sentiments. people looked at me crazy while I was doing it but it was actually nice to see people encourage me. i was proud that i kept the promise to myself above all. The water part was the only thing that didn’t stick! But in terms of exercising, reading and overall, being able to do hard things when you don’t want to, eating healthier, drinking less.. I’m Grateful for the lessons. I’m also thinking about doing it again next, start the same day I did when I did it the first time- Jan 16. Idk why the scariest thing is the drinking a gallon, it was the most uncomfortable thing about the challenge, but I literally know I can do it, because I did it before. I would be down to do it the challenge with you. Might be cool to have a partner this go around. Anyways, rambling now, but keep it up!

Thank you! Yes, for me too, the biggest change was to put myself first and to have so much sport dates with me! Second chalenge this fall here. I learn now to adapt to imperfections and that's the challenge: to loose it up and to continue, to stay proud and take it easy too. Sometimes, it pays more to sleep early than to do a second training. That's health. That's where I am now. I am bored with self development too, I welcome this lack of interest. I read what I love. I am able to congratulate myself every day, I do more than a lot of people for my health. Stopping alcool completely is another thing that differientiates me from almost everybody I know, as well as not eating junk food or dessert. Sobriety is so rewarding. Even if all days are unique, I have an ideal. I have a purpose and a task related to my well being everyday. That gives sense.

Your expression of your thoughts and progress through this journey was insightful and intentional. Your speech is calm, easy to follow, and nice to listen to. I can feel the energy through your words. Though, I’d love to see you play with lighting in your videos. Perhaps some color or white light on the side. I find that the cool-toned dark lighting doesn’t match with your brightness. 加油! 加油! 💥

Thanks so much! My main advice would be to find exercises you enjoy because those are the ones you’ll be able to be consistent with, and something is always better than nothing - start slow and keep it going! You got this🙌🏿

I totally relate to the stability thing. I’m at a point where i’m desperately seeking stability in so many areas. What would u say help you reach that stability over these past 4-5 years? Thank u for the vid.

Hopefully that will become clearer with more episodes, but I’d say mainly life improving as I’ve got older and found more professional success, as well as meeting the friends I have around me now!

I will probably do this minus the alcohol part. I just see an alcoholic drink like any other food. I have no issues with abusing alcohol it's just a social tool.

Very inspired by your videos! It shouldn’t influence me, but I feel scared of doing this challenge, because of how it will influence how your friends perceive you. How was it managing friendships, your relationship with your partner, and dealing with fomo?

Sorry for such a late response! It was actually a lot easier than you would imagine - the people around me didn't know I was doing this challenge but still gave me the grace to be understanding of my choices, which is what I feel people who truly care about you should do. I also did my best to make sure it didn't get in the way of me showing up for my loved ones as I always try to!
