“How to answer a tricky question,without directly incriminating someone but explaining it sublimely” masterclass from Iron Mike Tyson.
@MeetJackBlack8 ай бұрын
Sounds more like he’s describing the 50 Cent and Darryl Hommo Baum situation, to me.
@GEMSofGOD_com2 ай бұрын
"engine-test": Answering a tricky question without directly implicating someone requires a delicate balance of honesty, diplomacy, and strategic communication. Here's a breakdown of how to approach such situations: **1. Understand the Question and its Implied Meaning:** * **Identify the real question:** Tricky questions often have underlying motives. What's the *actual* information the questioner seeks? Are they trying to get you to reveal someone's wrongdoing, or are they fishing for information about a process or situation? Understanding the intent helps you tailor your response. * **Identify potential pitfalls:** What are the risks of answering directly? Could your answer be misinterpreted? Could it damage your reputation or that of others? **2. Choose Your Approach:** Several strategies can help you navigate tricky questions subtly: * **Answer the question indirectly:** Instead of addressing the direct accusation or implication, focus on related aspects. For example, if asked, "Did John steal the money?", you could respond with, "The company is conducting a thorough investigation into the missing funds, and we're cooperating fully." This acknowledges the problem without implicating John. * **Shift the focus:** Redirect the attention to a different aspect of the situation. If asked, "Why did the project fail?", you could say, "The project encountered unexpected challenges, particularly regarding resource allocation and unforeseen market changes. We're learning from this experience to improve future projects." This avoids blaming individuals. * **Use vague but truthful language:** Employ general terms that don't specifically point fingers. Instead of saying, "Sarah was responsible for the error," you could say, "There was a mistake in the process, and we've implemented new procedures to prevent it from happening again." * **Highlight positive actions:** Emphasize the steps taken to rectify the situation or prevent future occurrences. This shifts the focus from blame to problem-solving. * **Appeal to confidentiality:** If the question involves sensitive information, you can politely decline to answer, citing confidentiality agreements or privacy concerns. For example: "I'm not at liberty to discuss that due to confidentiality." * **Buy time:** If you need time to think or gather information, you can say, "That's a good question. Let me get back to you on that." or "I'll need to check on that and get back to you." * **Use the "I" perspective:** Frame your answers in terms of your own experience and knowledge. Avoid statements that directly implicate others. For example, instead of "He didn't do his work," say, "I noticed some areas that could have used more attention." **3. Maintain Professionalism and Calm:** * **Remain calm and composed:** A calm demeanor can help diffuse a tense situation. * **Be polite and respectful:** Even if the question is aggressive or accusatory, maintain a professional tone. * **Avoid speculation or gossip:** Stick to facts and avoid making assumptions or spreading rumors. **Example:** Let's say you're asked: "Did Susan sabotage the presentation?" **Poor Response:** "Yeah, I think she did. She's always been jealous." (Direct accusation, unprofessional, and speculative) **Better Response:** "The presentation did experience some unforeseen technical difficulties. We're reviewing our procedures to ensure this doesn't happen again." (Indirect, focuses on the problem, and avoids blaming Susan) **Excellent Response:** "We're currently investigating the issues that arose during the presentation to understand what happened and prevent future occurrences. Our focus is on ensuring the success of future projects." (Professional, avoids blame, and highlights proactive measures) By carefully choosing your words and approach, you can effectively answer tricky questions without compromising your integrity or incriminating others. Remember that honesty doesn't always require explicit detail; sometimes, a subtle and strategic response is far more effective.

I followed this for awhile and I'll try to keep it brief. Diddy put out a reward for anyone who snatches Death Row chains, I heard something like $10,000, this was when the East vs West beef was going on. A Crip from LA saw one of the Death Row guys in a mall and snatched his chain. For people who don't know, that's a big sign of disrespect. Fast forward, Tupac was in Vegas with Death Row, the guy who got robbed pointed out the Crip who snatched his chain. Tupac took off on him and started beating him, then the Death Row guys jumped in. That's the famous video of Tupac and Death Row guys stomping a guy out in Las Vegas day he was killed. That Crip is the one that shot Tupac later that day in traffic. I forget his name, but he was good friends with BG Knocc Out. Vlad TV had a bunch of interviews trying to get to the bottom of this. One of the guy's he interviews is the uncle of the Crip who shot Tupac and was with him at the time, he is also a Crip. He got arrested on other charges and as part of the deal confessed and told the cops what happened that day. The Crip who shot Tupac was a well known killer and respected gangster in the streets. It's probably why he couldn't let some rapper disrespect him like that. Anyway, he died in a separate shootout. Apparently, over some debt someone owed him or his relative. If you're interested in this topic you should definitely watch the DJVlad interviews. My final conclusion, I don't think Puff Daddy was like, "I'll pay you to kill Tupac," but his actions definitely started the chain of events that lead to Tupacs death.

Patrick totally butchered the explanation to Tyson. It wasn't Diddy who "had Tupac killed"...that's not what the investigation revealed or how Greg Kading explains it. Tupac was with Death Row/Suge Knight and their crew was the MOB Piru out of Compton. They were rivals of Bad Boy out of New York and they would have run-ins every time either of them went to the other person's coast. Diddy was absolutely terrified of Suge Knight and the MOB Piru guys because he knew they were for real and because Suge's very close friend (Jake Robles) was killed in Atlanta in 1994 by Diddy's bodyguard (Wolf) during an altercation at one of Jermaine Dupri's parties. After that incident, things heated up big time and the run-ins started to escalate to death threats and guns being drawn. For protection, Diddy & Bad Boy records started to use Southside Compton Crips for security every time they would go to Los Angeles. They did this because Southside Compton Crips were the direct rival of the MOB Piru (they are both based out of Compton). Diddy felt like he would be more protected against Suge and Death Row if he used their own enemy in their backyard as his "California security" (but Diddy would also hang around these guys in Vegas and occasionally New York). They would do security for him at events, concerts, etc (and they were even present at the Peterson Auto Museum on the night of Biggie's murder). One of the key players in Southside that worked for Diddy was named Keefe D (and he's the uncle of Orlando Anderson - the guy who killed Tupac). To make a long story longer, Greg Kading doesn't know 100% for sure how the exchange went down. He doesn't know if Diddy specifically asked for Southside to kill Suge & Tupac or if it was a casual mention during conversation. Kading seems to believe it was something more along the lines of, "These Death Row guys are becoming a problem. I'd pay anything to make this problem go away" and the Southside guys just kind of ran with it. Tupac's murder was basically a perfect storm. When he went to the Tyson fight on September 7th, 1996, he was walking around the MGM lobby with Suge Knight and the Death Row entourage (that just so happened to be MOB Piru guys). They saw a guy standing by himself named Orlando Anderson, who is a Southside Compton Crip (and associate of Diddy/Bad Boy). The problem is, this guy had just jumped a MOB Piru that was part of the Death Row crew a few weeks earlier at the Lakewood Mall in California and they tried to steal his Death Row chain/medallion. As everyone knows, Tupac and the Death Row/MOB Piru guys ran up on Orlando Anderson and jumped him in the lobby of the MGM and beat him down to get payback. After the MGM fight, Tupac and the rest of Death Row went back to their hotel rooms to change for their performance later that night at Suge Knight's club in Las Vegas (Club 662). After they changed clothes, they went to one of Suge Knight's homes that he had in Vegas so Suge could change clothes and get ready for the night out. During this same time, Orlando Anderson had met back up with the guys he came to Las Vegas with (his uncle, Keefe D, DeAndre Smith, Terrance Brown, and a few others). In fact, one of Mike Tyson's friends from New York named Eric Von Zip was in Vegas that night and met up with the guys from Southside. They were all pissed off because Tupac and Death Row/MOB Piru had jumped on Orlando Anderson and beat him down. They drove to Club 662 to wait for Tupac and his entourage to arrive. They didn't know that they had all gone to Suge's house to chill for an hour and a half before their concert, so they started to get impatient. Eventually, Orlando Anderson, Keefe, and the rest of the guys in the car decided they would just get payback at a later time when they all returned back to LA and they left Club 662. As luck would have it, as they were driving down the street away from the club they heard some girls in a car yelling, "Tupac! Tupac!" They immediately busted a U-turn at the next light and pulled up alongside Suge & Tupac's BMW and started firing off shots into the car as they were all sitting at a red light. A car in Tupac's entourage tried to chase after the white Cadillac (and even exchanged gunfire with them as they chased) but the Cadillac eventually got away. As everyone knows, Tupac would be rushed to the hospital where he'd undergo multiple surgeries to remove his right lung and would eventually die 6 days later from cardiovascular and pulmonary arrest (his mom told them to stop reviving Tupac after they resuscitated him 3X from his heart stopping as doctors tried to hook him up to a dialysis machine). So, Tupac's murder isn't like a lot of people try to make out...where Diddy is sitting in a dark smokey room rubbing his hands together. Diddy was basically terrified of Suge and Death Row and used their mortal enemies as security and things just escalated out of control. It was a perfect storm of the tensions between Death Row & Bad Boy, Suge Knight & Diddy, East & West, and MOB Piru & Southside Compton Crips. Unfortunately, Tupac had no idea the hornet's nest he was stepping into that night in the MGM and how serious things had become. Even as a 25+ year fan of Tupac, it's clear as day he should've minded his own business and not tried to get involved in gang beef.
@kennethmcclain3907 Жыл бұрын
By the way, I know I need to get a life...but I spent a few years researching this topic very thoroughly due to being a lifelong fan of Tupac. I've looked at the evidence, watched every documentary, read all the police reports, and have talked to a lot of people behind the scenes (including people at Death Row Records, people associated with the MOB Piru, and Greg Kading himself). There is a documentary out there called "Murder Rap" which is based on Greg Kading's book of the same title. In the documentary, you can listen to Keefe D confess to all of this, himself, during a Proffer session at the US attorney's office (all thanks to Greg Kading's FBI task force).

There is an interview where Suge Knight said he was actually on good terms with Biggie and that he had planned to sign Biggie in a year or two to Death Row when Biggie’s BadBoy contract was up with Diddy because he wanted to bring Pac and Biggie together or back together as they used to be homies back in the day. Who really knows what went down but imagine Snoop, Dre, Pac and Biggie all being on the same label and putting out songs together. Look.there were 2 people in the back of that White Cadillac that September day. One was Orlando Anderson and the other was DeAndre Smith. Anderson was jumped in the MGM after the Tyson fight. Orlando was a known shooter and was being investigated by Compton PD about 2 other members. He was a legitimate shooter and after being jumped like that he wanted his revenge. The car behind them one of Pacs good friends was in that car,EDI, and he said that a larger arm came out of the rear window and pulled the trigger. Orlando was not a big guy. Dre was about 250lbs. So it was either Orlando or DeAndre that shot Pac and Suge and that’s all we will ever know.
@micahwest2793 Жыл бұрын
Except Kadafi saw the driver and told rapper Low MB that he looked just like him. Low MB just happened to look just like David Mack. Suge said Orlando wasn't the shooter it was set up by Raphael Perez. Reggie Wright Jr ordered Tupac's security not to carry guns that night. Then Tupac's bodyguard Michael Moore refused not to carry his gun so he was taken off Tupac and sent to club 662 with Reggie. Where he heard a familiar security voice come over Reggie's radio say GOT EM then another white sounding voice call for radio silence. Michael Moore said before police investigated The Crips or Bad Boy they should investigate Death Row. Then there's the fact Trevon Lane whispered in Tupac's ear to attack Orlando. Then Trevon Lane and K Dub boxed Suge in at the light when Tupac got shot. Suge said Reggie's boys knew not to do that. Yet neither one of them chased the shooter. And somehow K Dub watched Tupac getting shot in his rearview mirror but didn't feel like he should take off in case they shot him too.

Keefy D said it was his nephew who pulled the trigger cause DeAndre who was closer to Pac and Suge’s car refused to be shooter. DeAndre has been dead for years so I don’t see why Keefe D would want to protect him. Now, what’s plausible is Keefe D, the only person who was in that car that night still alive, was the actual shooter but pin it on his dead nephew to protect himself.

@tomking7080 Жыл бұрын
If Orlando did pull the trigger it wasn’t over a chain. It was over Pac and the Bloods jumping him in the lobby of the MGM after the Tyson fight. The Deathrow chain bounty doesn’t make any sense. Why would Puff pay $10K for a $500 chain? There were 2 people in the back of that Cadillac,Orlando and DeAndre Smith. The witnesses in the car behind the Cadillac said that a “large arm” came out the window and pulled the trigger. Orlando was not a big dude but DeAndre was over 250lbs. Back in Compton Orlando was bragging that he shot Pac but it’s just something that we will never definitely know.
