This focus on the “I hit him”, “did I him him”, etc makes total sense. At that point, she remembers dropping him off at a friend’s. No one would think he died there. So her mind is racing and she’s questioning herself as to whether she accidentally backed into him. Makes sense. But then facts started coming out. If she really was admitting it, and anyone took it serious? It would be in a report. Not a single first responder found it important enough to say anything. This is stupid.

@@ALadyJett Exactly! She was the only one acting like a person that just found their friend dead. I’m glad someone else has the common sense to see this. I’m sure the jury does. Even if they wanted to railroad her, they overcharged and should’ve tried manslaughter. But this is a total mess. Zero chance they get a guilty verdict here. And any troll comments know that. As for her blaming herself(?), I can get "that." It does not mean anything. Boston is heavy with Irish Catholics. As a first generation Irish-Catholic from Philadelphia. I can see that. If 'I hit him, I hit him' is truly the confession the Prosecution is going to all this trouble to prove it is, why wasn't she arrested? Or at least taken in for questioning? Why didn't any of the officers note her confession in their original reports? Why didn't anyone even bother to ask what she hit him with?

Exactly. If she did say that, shouldn't they mirandize her & take her into custody?
@katiemae7076

@@jenniferruth812 yes, and why hasn't the Prosecution had the dash cam video enhanced so we can hear her say it. Microdots on x enhanced part of the video and you can clearly hear her say she dropped him off and her never came home.(Paraphrasing) Quite honestly, I don't care if she did, she was likely still drunk, she didn't really remember going to drop John at Fairview until Jen reminded her. Then on a few hours of sleep and very upset, mad, worried cuz her bf never made it home, she finds him in the lawn battered and dead. In that moment her mind went crazy, and she was struggling to make sense of what is going on. She likely has a blurry memory of being parked right near where he was found. Jenn has already told her John never did make it in the house. I would imagine she would question if she could have hit him. Did she not see him coming back to the car? Did she clip him when she went to leave. Given the physical evidence, the medical evidence, I don't for a second think that is actually what happened, but I can understand in all the chaos and with the previous nights drinking, only a few hours sleep, how she could wonder. It's just not the smoking gun the Prosecution wants it to be, if it was a confession, it would be in their reports and further action would have been taken on it immediately.

If "I hit him" is all they have, which is ambigous and could be interpreted in many ways, that's a fairly weak... So they have someone who's allegedly confessed on the crime scene, but the police didn't arrest and interrogate a police killer immediately? What? For real? There's just too much unreliable inference, contradiction, and speculation, not to mention sloppy work by the police. If this is all they have, how the hell they even proceed to charge her?

This family has been hit with so much heartache 💔. KR was aware of this. It didn't matter to her. She couldn't stand John not wanting a relationship anymore with her...She saw her opportunity. She deliberately hit him with her vehicle. Then tries to turn it into a conspiracy with his fellow officers. Nobody has a bad word to say about John except KR herself.

Going on the fact that the defendant had to gather a group of women together to take a ride to look for Officer John during a huge snowstorm because Officer John didn’t return her calls and didn’t come home , to me it seems very incriminating and extremely suspicious!!!!! Who calls people at 4:00 am ? go out looking for Officer O’Keef a grown man, most people would think along the lines of ,maybe he slept at a friends house because the roads were hazardous, didn’t take calls because of an argument is normal right !! In the eyes of a guilty person they need to look concerned, gather a group for evidence and coincidentally was the only one to see The poor officer lying on his back in poor visibility in a pile of snow ?RIP Officer. The defendant was totally intoxicated Way Way Over The Legal Limit While Driving The SUV with Officer John in the vehicle !!!! The Defendant Law Team Needs to CONJURE UP A THEARY towards a Whole County of Officers,Firefighters,First Responders and who else may have crossed her Polluted Road ,every one but the Defendant is guilty, let’s face it , sounds like a Story Conjured to sway the blame on to others.If The Defendant!s Hog Team, think the Jurors are not smart enough to see through their script think again don’t be impressed by their High Priced Persona and Practices

absolutely,and their not done yet ,I believe The Defense would not have a case unless They use their theory of a cover up / frame . The good news is when the Prosecution brings in the evidence of the Data collected on the Defendants SUV WILL PROVE the Defendant put the vehicle in reverse at a speed of 24.2 MPH, I’m not saying she intentionally meant to hit Officer John O’Keefe because when under the influence the Defendant could not make any logical decisions.
