Ashton Jeanty finished the season with a higher PFF grade than any HEISMAN WINNER in the past decade. Travis Hunter finished with a lower PFF grade than any HEISMAN WINNER in the past decade. However, he was still rated very highly at 2 positions, which is insane. Just an observation

A pointless one when he played at a high level on BOTH sides of the ball. Any other year since 2000 they would find a way to give the award to the best RB or QB on the best team. And nobody would be seriously debating the validity of the award.

Colorado was the 38th best defense in the country Travis Hunter is maybe top 150 in a single season receiving yards. Jeanty is currently the 4th best in rushing yards all time. He still has a game remaining and unless they stack 8 in the box and he has negative yards, he will end top 3. If he has an average game, he will break Barry Sanders record. Charles Woodson led the number 1 defense in the nation and scored 24 points while his team gave up less than 100 points in the entire year (Colorado gave up over 260). His team had no elite receivers or rushers; the highest receiving yard receiver was 400 yards. It’s comparing apples to oranges

JEANTY Won AFTERALL. He Won in the game of COMMON SENSE! Because clearly, Hunter's head is still on the one yard line on his own side of the field.
