MANGA ONLY INFO: The fact that they skipped Grand Fisher's fixing scene in the anime has caused some problems. In this scene, he gets scolded by one of the dudes. They say that to kill a shinigami for certain, you gotta go for the head. Later in the story, several ppl survive ridiculous injuries not made to the head (v.g. Hiyori and Shunsui). Ppl get weirded out by these injuries, but the going for the head premisse kinda eases it out. Since most ppl started bleach with the anime, but never read the manga equivalent chapters, they tend to think those survivals are more of inconsistencies than they actually are. I think this would make a good short. This scene is on the end of chapter 25 of the manga, for anyone interested.

This^ I got tired of explaining this over the years. Eventually, I just started shrugging when people would ask. Frankly, it would have helped anime watchers draw yet another similarity between Shinigami and Hollows. The whole "aim for the head to really kill them" thing would have led to fun theories for them.

There is another explanation as well. A Shinigami body is not like a human. The stronger their reiatsu, the more damage they can take before dieying. Thats why Shunsui was still able to fight with two big holes in his body and how Mayuri just removed his organs against syazel. Its also why Byakuya survived.

I’m pretty sure that is supposed to be his resurrection. I think they were trying to show that, yeah he got bigger and all, but that doesn’t mean he is actually stronger than everyone. That’s why isshin says the size of the sword didn’t matter. Also, he looks different enough for that to be his resurrection, because the other arrancar around that time didn’t have major changes for there resurrections.

Something's is off here: when shinigami kill hollows with their zanpakuto, the hollows are purified and sent to Soul Society. Then why was Grand Fisher sent to Hueco Mundo?

Ichigo didn't kill Grand Fisher during their battle, he only severely wounded him. Grand fisher tells Ichigo that they would meet again and then returns to Hueco Mundo. Grand Fisher does eventually return to seek revenge on Ichigo but Isshin botches his plans and kills him. We never see Grand Fisher again after this but presumably he went to Soul Society unless he had great crimes when he was still human, just like in the case of Shrieker.

Well yea your correct. When Aizen uses the Hogyoku on Arrancars he gives them the ability's of a zanpakto to unleash their hollow powers further than before. But when Aizen used the Hogyoku on the Soul Reapers it gave them all hollow masks. Giving them Hollow spiritual preassure on top of their Soul reaper spiritual pressure. Its just the exact opposite of each other. The Hogyoku Combines different species. When Aizen uses the Hogyoku it turns him into an angel/soul reaper. And then further turns him into an abomination. (I think the transformation is supposed to be angelic but also its almost pretending to be angelic.) Ichigo however was born with all these species intermingling with each other. No tampering from the Hogyoku. Thats what makes him better then the artificial hogyoku.

She gets a more human appearance yeah. Her mask practically disappeared altogether and became different armor pieces on her body, but she does get her giant Sharktooth greatsword back that she had as a Vasto Lorde. Her design is a bit weird but I suppose it makes sense since Vasto Lorde class menos are very Humanoid looking to begin with. Most of the Adjuchas class menos who were turned into Arrancars looked more beast-like before.

Like how in Bleach Vasto Lordes were supposed to be so strong only captains or strong vice captains can kill them, then we see arrancars who are supposed to be almost if not stronger then a Vasto Lorde getting No or low/mid diffed by 3rd tenants and Espadas who where stronger then Vasto Lordes getting demolished by Captains 💀

I don't think it was ever implied that an arrancar is as strong as/ stronger than vasto lordes. It also depends on which level of hollow the arrancar was before becoming an arrancar. The lower level arrancars were originally gillians( most likely) explaining how the weaker shinigamis could also defeat them. And as for the espadas, they weren't defeated easily as you make it sound. Remember, we only had 4 vasto Lorde arrancars( I think)- Starrk, baraggan, harriber and ulquiorra, and they were not easy to defeat.

In the manga i think some Aizen turned one fodder hollow into an arrancar and dude became so strong he pummel vasto lorde Haribel. Which doesn't make sense.

Aizen modified it, the hollow was capable of taking over a shinigamis body. Kaien probably didn't keep his guard up thinking it was a regular hollow which led to his death. But yes, I do agree that some characters sometimes are somewhat easily defeated that they should be

The Fraccione are Gillian class Arrancar. This is stated by both Aizen and Toshiro. Adujas and Vasto Lorde made up the Espada rankings, with Aaroniero being the sole exception. As for the Captains, Zaraki nearly died to Nnoitra, and he beat two captains in Bankai back-to-back without removing his eyepatch. Ichigo beat Grimmjow after a visceral drawn out fight. Byakuya hard countered Zommari, and Zommari was an idiot. If he'd used Amor on Byakuya's head, he would have won the fight. Mayuri did a lot of prep specifically designed to counter Szayelaporro, and even then only won because Szayelaporro revived from inside Nemu and just so happened to get infected by a super concentrated drug as a result. Ulquiorra lost to Vasto Lorde Ichigo after killing him the second time. Haribel and Barragan never put in any actual effort, and they were also hard countered by their opponents. Stark had no killer instinct and had to get ambushed by Shunsui, someone who could easily solo most other Captains without needing Bankai. Stark also no-diffed two Captains with Vizard masks Yammi had a very long, tedious, drawn out fight against two Captains, one of them being a Kenpachi who eclipsed the one who fought Nnoitra.

Still learning bout bleach but if im correct but when a human dies with unfinished buisness or something they turn hollow could they also turn into a menos or a vasto as well?

Yes. A Menos Grande is just many Hollows merged into one. They're usually not very intelligent or maneuverable though. Just really strong one-trick ponies. They cannibalize other Hollows to further evolve and become Adjuchas, which seem to always come in the form of some Hollowfied animal. They're intelligent like the more high-end Hollows that have survived for awhile. Vasto Lorde are like the pinnacle of Hollow evolution. Humanoids. They've remained pretty obscure up to this point as it's just THAT rare for them to exist. And then Arrancar are humanoid Hollows, but they can be created from any evolutionary stage. They just have to tear off their masks or be exposed to the Hogyoku, which creates Hollow/Soul Reaper hybrids. I'm p sure you kinda just plateau after going Arrancar and don't get the optimal power out of it without ranking up the hard way first. Using the Hogyoku is kinda just cheating biology after all.

Segunda etapa is basically bankai for hollows. I would assume you need a specific amount of power poured into your zanpakuto to achieve the form. Another possibility could be the fact that ulquiorra is a original hollow. In the light novel it's stated he comes from the darkest depths of hueco Mundo and that he along with the rest of his kind are natives of hueco Mundo. Possibly never human to begin with. Just born into existence as demons. This might very well be a requirement for segunda etapa.

I hate learning about the espada. They had so much damn hype and potential but they always never live up to that hype. Their resurreccions is just them getting their original powers back, not stronger like what benefit doe that give you? Stark the second strongest, but the most consistently strongest said to have so much power hollows died in his presence supposedly never really went full out in his ONE-ish fight.

I don’t think he’s stupid, it’s just not something he’d have a whole lot of exposure to since he didn’t go to the academy. He also wouldn’t have had a lot of time or incentive to learn Kido throughout the events of the show. Kido was always a very nebulous and underdeveloped aspect of Bleach that only a select few characters had access to; to begin with.

The training with the orbs for the Flower Crane Cannon showed that it's a hard concept for him to get a grip on too so he probably wouldn't get very far learning kido techniques as opposed to Bankai, Hollowfication, etc.
