The thing is Goff doesn't do the things that jump off the screen. He doesn't run fast or over people. He doesn't throw a blazing tight spiral. What he does is get the ball exactly where it needs to be at the right time to allow his receivers to catch it easily, not get blasted, and get yac. He does this because he knows the coverage the D is in and selects the corect play. He is also elite at moving defenders with his early eye movement.
