This washing line rusted completely through at the base and fell over. We cut off the rusted bit from the vertical shaft and dug out the anchor. We proceeded to disassemble it before sending the tubular steel shaft and the newly purchased anchor pin off for galvanizing. Once galvanized it was painted and the anchor pin was set in the concrete foundation. All painted parts were repainted and then the washing line was reassembled before being reinstalled.
