He also never took shots he didn’t have to take. That last drive he would have made a safer pass, a check down, or throw it away and give your kicker a chance. People could say he played it safe but it’s more he played very smart. Brady knew how to utilize slot receivers, tight ends, and RBs in passing situations probably better than anyone, and once he got moss showed he could throw it vertical too. Dude was a magician.

Having watched the Redskins for over half a century, I still say this team is much better than their record. The one really foolish mistake was the end zone interception at the end of the 1st half. Nevertheless, the Redskins fought on through adversity and found a way to win. Good show!
