Secret Service does not provide security for members of Congress, the Capitol Hill Police Department provides security for members of Congress and security for all the buildings that house them, they were staffed by approximately 3000 officers at one time and their sole purpose is to protect them and sometimes their families. You will never hear them advocate for the defunding of their own police department.

Drawn opens fires on her shooting her in the head. This same officer doesn’t call for paramedics or even go to try to save her life. The officer in question name is withheld for 6 months from the public. There is no legitimate independent investigation of the shooting done .This is standard procedure in all police shootings. Digressing for a moment ( Ashley Babbitt is a three tour American veteran.Ashley Babbitt served in Afghanistan for three tours of duty. @@billieg826 great question, I’m in IT myself, bestbuy, staples and independent repair shops take a 1:1 copy of the hard drive in case something happens while investigating and repairing issues with a computer. It would be extremely difficult to modify anything on a laptop because even the old data can be viewed with a drive restore tool, even if the drive was completely wiped, that data would still exist on that drive and a drive restore tool would be able to restore that deleted data. That’s why the only way to wipe a drive especially if you recycle your computer you’ll want to completely destroy that hard drive, for us in our industry in the enterprise sector, we remove the hard drives from the computer we recycle, a company then picks that hardware up and either breaks it down for parts and material or repurposes them as refurbished hardware. Another company picks up the hard drives and destroys them for us. Now about email data, all emails go through a server, for Outlook it goes through an exchange EXO server, if someone were to modify an email from the users end, the original email would still exist on the exchange server and can be restored, same applies to gmail and many other mail platforms. Because it’s a Windows computer, if Hunter was signing into a Microsoft account and using OneDrive all their data would be stored on the OneDrive storage which means even much of their c: drive data would be on a cloud server, so in terms of being able to modify the information, it would be extremely difficult to do both offline and online because the original data would exist somewhere and would easily be restored and viewable. It would be extremely embarrassing if someone who specializes in data recovery would have issues to prove the data is the original or not. Hunter had a lot of negligence by bringing his laptop to a public repair shop considering who he is and the potential risk of sensitive information on his computer.

My point was that all local police departments are obligated to maintain the peace in their local municipalities everywhere around the country. Obviously there are some idiots who feel that the police are not obligated to protect the peace whenever they feel threatened of being put at a disadvantage by some of a certain political persuasion. I do not agree with that, because the police for example are not in a position or have the luxury to protest and go on strike. Those members of society whom are advocating “defund the police” for example are tax payers too.
