I capped off my leaps on SOFI at 20% loss before selling. Ultimately, it was my choice to buy. I minimized my losses because I know that nobody is right 100% of the time. If you see you’re down, evaluate your positions and decide for yourself your risk tolerance. For me, SOFI was moving too slow to wait for it to recover so I sold and used the money to sell puts. Don’t let your losses cripple you hoping for a recovery.

Yes, PLTR’s onboarding process is long and and intense, but nowhere as long as similar companies, but it’s not that companies are locked in, it’s that the efficiency and savings are virtually immediate. Why change something that’s proving itself daily? I don’t trade at all. No calls, no puts, no options at all. I buy, I DCA, I have a plan, and sell when my plan (that is, ‘price’) has been reached, and I give it 7-10 years to do that.

The SoFi leaps play will be great. You should never put everything in at once because the market is unpredictable. You should add to your position as it falls so you can dollar cost average and will be up big when it goes back up just like when buying shares. You can’t please everyone Henry so I wouldn’t worry about it. Henry has definitely made some great calls for as long as I’ve. Even watching him.

You're confusing people ripping you a new one for making a terrible play, for ripping you a new one for picking a bad company. No one thinks Sofi/pltr/amd long term are bad companies. You lost people a lot of money. I don't do you're credit sales but I'm looking into it. I make a handful of plays twice a year buying options... this is why i do it twice a year... timing is key and easy when you wait for clear big money flow bottoms.
