One of my favorites is an inexpensive Timex Easy Reader. My grandfather wore them for as long as I can remember. When he passed, the watch he was wearing stopped keeping time shortly there after. My grandmother gave me that watch a while after that. It will always be a favorite of mine because it makes me think of my grandpa.

Love how your favourite watches are purely based on sentimental values. I recently got a Rolex datejust from my dad, he told me that was the first expensive watch he ever bought. He got it when he was around my age, 24 and now he’s passed it down to me. The Rolex itself is already an antique as it’s already 31 years old but it’s an absolute warrior withstanding the tests of time. Brought it to a Rolex authorised service center and they said the movement was still really good which shocked me seeing as the watch has never really been serviced throughout its time with my dad. I intend to continue on with this precious family heirloom and pass it to my son/daughter when they get to my age. If I were to get married and have kids…

Mine is my grandfathers watch. My grandmother found it before she passed away. Still in the box with all the papers. We got it for him for Father’s Day a while back. He wore it a couple times but it stayed mostly in the box. I have this one and my Caravelle N2 by Bulova. Both are my favorites currently

My favourite watch in my current 3 piece collection is an old 1960’s caravelle automatic dress watch is a gold filled case, I don’t know much about it, except the fact my nana bought me it for me on one of my birthdays although I can’t remember which I believe it was my 16th, sadly she passed away not long after, and as to not damage the watch any further than it already is I wear it on special occasions, it is a dress watch but to me I could have a Tudor or an ap and that would be the best watch in my collection
