But when a woman wants to talk over the presiding judge to make her point and even the rest of us get why the judge says what he does...it makes sense that he stops her and tells her to have a seat. Iron it out before you get there and then present. Yes, it is only common sense for the professional. But it appears that some attorney act like the neighborhood gang and insist it go their way. Ladies and gentlemen, this is why the country has an attorney shortage. People are finding out that this is the level of stress and embarrassment that attorneys go through, resulting in fewer people applying to law school. Nowhere else in society does someone goes to work and has someone yelling at them like this and telling them to sit down. Nurses, doctors, waste management personnel, teachers, small business people, construction workers, accountants, tailors, architects....NO ONE goes through this but attorneys. This is why the profession sits at the top of the list as one of the most stressful occupations.
