This video explains how you can make a healthy omlette using oats and fibre. A great breakfast or anytime snack. Just add water to bind the ingredients together. I dry roasted the oats and fibre with some turmeric and chilli first, that releases some flavours before adding some fried onions and water to make my omlette or savoury crepe. It's vegetarian and VEGAN but not gluten free.
We used 30 grams each of oats and fibre and 60 mls of water to bind having added some fried onions and curry leaves. Really easy, omit what you don't like. More healthy recipes like this one on doindubai.com/
