The state is trying so hard to make a connection between the second vehicle with the weapons and drugs after the prosecutors said themselves that the gentleman in the 2nd car are not charged in the indictment. So far, all of the overt acts have been shot down. Using crookery is evil and usually backfires. The state always keeps talking to get the judge to side with them. No nexus, no nexus. Another overt act shot down. Love will go try to trump up false documentation tonight. Judge trying hard to let them do it. If he does, defense will file complaint to have him removed. Judge job on the line.

I'm playing catch-up. I believe the defense is winning and if I were on the jury, I would definitely be side eyeing the state. They jumped the gun. SN: I'm not a fashionista and have admired would Ms. Love has worn throughout this trial but on this day she looks like a clown imo.
