I did this in January and it took me a month … I took all my photos off my computer and placed it on a usb .. all my videos/movies on a different usb.. all my ebooks and audiobooks on another usb .. all my music on another usb .. then I deleted apps and in April I took all my physical books and made them into ebooks to place on another USB , so I have a usb for everything and sold my physical books also .. a lot of work but it feels good

You sound like you may need a NAS to replace most of those drives. You could buy (or get sponsored 😉) one or collab with a tech youtuber to get a custom one built for you
