Watch me fix a garage door with a giant gap

I came across a garage door that's got a huge gap. Lizards and bugs were getting in, and on top of that the driveway was cracked. With the help of my tools and a can of lube, I am able to get things under control once again.
We decided on the combination of a new rubber seal and mechanical adjustments to help us reach our repair goal. Shoutout to Service Spring Corp for the parts.
