I also remember taking blankets out and watching meteor showers and star gazing. It always makes me remember how small me and my problems are.

We have foxes coming to us and they are adorable. My cat was injured and the mother fox actually cried out. She was making a racket so we checked what was wrong and she sat next to our beautiful cat til we came!!! Her leg was injured and we took her to our vet. you can legally own a fox in IL if you have a permit :) and it's super easy to get too, literally only costs money, I have one (let's you own/breed racoons, marmots, foxes, and a bunch of other wild animals). i never ended up getting a fox because they're a nightmare to take care of (because they're not domesticated enough yet)

And, hopefully, the fox realized, 'oh hey, That's able to get me killed'. I don't really know how foxes think, But I believe that could've saved its life.
