This hard gel is a bonder & builder in one. ☺️ So you do not need a base gel on the new set or fill.

Been curious why some nail techs put paper towels over the nail dust collector. I don't do it and wondering if I should now🤔

That’s because the dust collector I use needs a “filter” over the top that catches the dust, than you throw it away. A paper towel is a lot cheaper than buying the paper filters. Your dust collector might be a completely different kind ☺️
