Like I said its the security operatives that need to do their due diligent investigation , to identify the sponsors, or backers, track them down. The average Eboyin young man who sets out to find farming work to do in most communities is a hard working person, looking for a way of survival, they soon return with a wife and start and settle their family without any issues. yes there will be some bad eggs, but only with active and passive sponsorship of a recognised indigenous local will they thrive with crimes as grievous as armed robbery and kidnapping.
