Just ignore them, they are used to people complaining and hating the world. Anyone who uses their wealth to improve themselves and help others is abnormal compared to what they are used too. They want drama, hate, rage and what bleeds leads as they say. Then you get this guy, someone providing free information, showing all the results so they can't call him a liar, and still they hate. Because some people just want to see the world burn, that's it. Nothing more , nothing less, just the feeling of hell in the eyes and chest. Whoever they pass they shall inflict like cancer and make all feel less, but not you because your stronger then them. Have a great day and be happy friend I don't know.

A little alcohol is good for the body. God even says so and tells us to drink our wine with thanksgiving. He is never wrong. This is also backed by science. 2 drinks daily can take you from living from 78 up to 97 in a man. It's wisdom and the statistics and science back it. Also you definitely want to drink 4 to 5 cups of coffee and green tea daily. Which will also help immensely for health and longevity.
@dogegamer32886 ай бұрын
@@deo1107 Not satire. It's God's word and the studies of science back it up. You can actually go to actuary calculators and put in 2 drinks daily and see massive statistical longevity improvements. Also many studies settling on benefits of coffee and green tea in the 4-5 cup range daily.

@@dogegamer3288 Coffee can help for the brain, but overall, and for a majority, creates stress / anxiety, has negative effects on heart / blood, also creates emotional variations. The after effect isn't negligible. I'm not for the 2 drinks (of wine ofc), but Jeanne Calment seemed to drink it, indeed ; probably some genetics + life without working (his husband had enough money) / low stress.
@hornsteinhof75926 ай бұрын
@@dogegamer3288what you are referring to is discussed here on KZbin as a major statistics mistake. When people are compared who formerly drank but don't drink any more to people who drink a little only, the error occurred. The population of people who drank themselves to a sick state and just couldn't drink any more because of deteriorated health were not ruled out of the population. If you do that, people who never drank any alcohol live the longest and any amount of detergent that you drink will shorten your life. It's certainly not the worst thing to happen to your body, but it's not healthy to drink, even in moderate amounts.

Hi I am longevity expert from India, I need your help. I want to connect with the world, I want to help the world. I want to help people live long and happy life. Please help me. I have new and different approach for longevity. Somebody asked me, what is the secret of long life, I smiled and said LIFE. Life is like money, the more you have, the more you spend, the more you have, the more you can live. If we can increase the quantity of life, we can live very very long life. The scientific approach is not effective as it focuses on death not life. If you have life, death is not an issue. Please help me connect with the world. I want to help the world. Thanks for this, love the talks you’re giving lately! ❤ I have read your books and they make sense to me and inspire me. Also it’s super inspiring to go from “die” (depression, extreme emotional pain) to “don’t die” (something to look forward to in the future). Thank you for all the work and sharing all info from your research 🙏🏻 Sending you a “hello” from our Don’t Die community in Amsterdam 🇳🇱

Making the diet and the sleep non negotiable, will not just make you age better, but remove a lot of other bad things in life. I believe that with these 2 things fully cemented, that we can get rid of 99% of problems in this world.

I follow longevity and heard/read Bryan's name for some time. You can only take in so much information, so I put off learning about him for quite a while. Just today I started learning about Bryan. What a likeable guy. I really appreciate his sincerity, dedication, intelligence and philanthropy. Who would hate on this guy? No good or sane person. The Internet is a strange place, a tragic place. For instance, I recently tried to get a simple small group together to do a fun, innocent activity, and I got trolled immediately and viciously. If a person hates on Bryan, it says volumes about the hater and not Bryan.

One thing you rarely mention and has a huge impact on longevity is mental well-being, intimacy and social connection. Perhaps it's implicit to you, but I think you should include and explore this explicitly.

A couple years ago I saw a headline that some guy was spending millions of dollars a year, basically trying to live forever, and especially in a world where $5000 can mean the difference between life and death for a child in a developing country, it turned my stomach. It reminds me a little of when I first heard of Elon -- a headline that some guy wanted to "retire on Mars". (When I heard that, I think I said "Why are some smart people so incredibly dumb?") Over the years I learned a lot more about that crazy Elon guy, and while flawed like any human, I realized how incredibly inspiring he is on the things he gets right. With some similarity, over the last few months I've been learning more about Bryan, realizing that he's way deeper and more thoughtful than that initial headline suggested. I now sense that what Bryan is doing is not some silly selfish pursuit, but rather using his own life as a way to prove out many life giving strategies. While some of those things will be very expensive at first, through technological development and scale, hopefully many of those things will become household items and therapies over the years, benefiting many. Really interested to see where Bryan's work goes.

I love to hear Bryan speak. It's like looking for something that has been in front of you all along. The answer has always been there. We are choosing not to listen because we were brainwashed by giant corporations to purchase products that are bad for us for their own profit.

I too just went back home and came back today to NJ visiting family. I live in Los Angeles now and it's really hard being away from old family and friends stuck there. Every time I come back I see someone's health degrade more and more. It is terrifies me to see people constantly eat bad, not treat health seriously and its effects their mind and how they see life. My high school sweethearts father has always overlooked his health and has been in the hospital for two years from a stroke. It's been hard on everyone, it puts stress into their lives. My best friend since I moved to America for over 20 years, his father was like one of my family members and he has stage two lung cancer and lost almost 80lbs in a month. It is insane, it is scary. All I have to say to you is thank you for giving us open minded people the information and knowledge that for the ones who listen can implement healthier methods in life. I want to be in my nineties and be those people I see hiking that are faster than me today, not sick and depressing my family about how horrible being old can be. Cheers Bryan!

My favorite part was how you explained that 'Don't Die' is the Number 1 Common Ground that all humans share across all of the cultures and ideologies around the world. It's a wonderful premise for uniting people across the globe towards a common goal. Saving ourselves and our planet, in the long run, will require nothing less than complete global cooperation so I'm more than happy to support this effort! Fun and informative video as always Bryan, keep up the great work! EDIT: Had time to think about it and realized I should've said that Don't Die is the Number 0 Common Ground amongst people; the priority that comes before literally everything else. Just a small and funny nitpick I had with my own wording after I posted it lol. 😄
@alexisgs88009 ай бұрын
It's a common ground because we're all born with a survival instinct. That's one of the 2 fundamental parameters of life, with reproduction. Everything that lives dies eventually. We're hardwired to avoid death at all cost so that we can reproduce and take care of the next generation (biologically at least; but humans have twisted that reality and turned it into a selfish endeavour, like we do with everything else).
@alterego1579 ай бұрын
It's not that universal. Neither individually, nor across cultures.
