How do you work on reference. I am struggling so much do you have any idea of reference to follow to deeper understanding ❤

I use the aut library guide on APA 7th referencing which was very helpful though I'm unsure if it is public access online - the other thing I use is an automatic reference creator called MyBib, which is free and online. I would recommend talking to your professors/lecturers for help and also looking up referencing guides on KZbin, because I always find it easier when I have a visual guide! Hope this helps lovely!

And big congrats on starting your nursing journey :) I am trying to continue learning French too at the moment so that's a big coincidence haha - I am using Duolingo because it's free and quite fun, but another app or website I would recommend is Lingoda, because you practice your speaking with a tutor. Lingoda is paid for though, but something I'd really recommend!

Hey do you have any advice on how to do critical thinking or how to pick the best answer on an exam when 2 can be right? I am having a hard time with process of elimination 😅

Hi lovely! I completely understand the struggle as this was something I had problems with as well! My best advice would be to think what is safest for the patient out of the two options, to use DRSABCD whenever in doubt, and to also accept that there are going to be some questions which we won't know and will just have to guess and that is okay! The states questions are always focused on patient safety, so that is always my go to when I'm stuck, is trying to figure out which option provides the best results for the patient and keeps them safest :) I hope this helps!

What is your advise before starting nursing school? What to study, prepare and learn that can help me succeed. I did my degree in medical and wanting to pursue nursing but I am worried because it has been 8 years since I last study

I personally wouldn't study anything because they teach everything to you from the very beginning because they are under the assumption that you're a beginner and know nothing! If you really want to get stuck in though, I would do a review of anatomy and the anatomical planes, and basic terminology :) Good luck for starting your nursing journey lovely, you've totally got this!

Hi there! Congrats on starting your nursing journey! United is a great choice - all the student I met from there were lovely and very capable so you'll be absolutely fine! I wouldn't worry too much because the lecturers will teach you everything from the very beginning!
