To summarize, he says: Do not assume anything without any proper logical reasoning or supporting/backup documents. For example, while taking off, if you see a room missing an AC and logically, it should be there; then you have to look at the the room size and assume an AC of appropriate tonnage. You may google for the AC requirements per room size (area/volume).

Hi sir, there is provision for wastage in rate analysis, in that case do we need to consider wastage while making BOQ or even after execution can we allow for wastage during reconciliation
