"time passes anyway" tied everything together SO PERFECTLY! it was such a good reminder - whether in the fitness aspect or even school and work - and i think listening to your encouragements and your voice gives me the inspiration to do more with my life. also, Nabil def killed it YET AGAIN !!! i love you guys, thank you so much 💗

this video is exactly what I needed. I felt sad today even though I pushed through leg day because tomorrow is an important day for me and I had nightmares about it the whole week. I couldn't enjoy the things I usually did but this video now gives me again hope and reminds me of the bigger picture and that everything will fall in place as long as you have the right mindset and work on your goals. I study linguistics at university and we actually have this philosophy around learning languages. Old dogs CAN learn new tricks, we’re just not as willing to suck at something. We’re also wired for short term gratification, damn our dopamine addiction. When I was doing CrossFit, I’d always think of the lifts or manoeuvres that I HATED and embrace them. I only hated them because I wasn’t good at them, but I can’t just do barbell back squats all day, every day 😂 Love your channel, Sophie. I didn’t expect to enjoy your content because I tend not to go for the Instagram-perfect aesthetic but you are pumping out excellent content that is fun to watch. Thanks! From Australia x

I watch this video every morning now. I am a doctor from South America trying to work in Europe...and as someone coming from overseas is really difficult...I have been trying for 5 years now,wich is almost the amount of time University took me. Sometimes I feel like I am still so far away of wearing that white coat again and help people but when I watch this I get so motivated..because you don't just talk about winning..you also talk about losing. Sometimes we forget that failing is normal and we should just keep trying over and over again until we achieve those dreams. Please don't stop doing this types of videos Sophie

Thank you! Been struggling with snacking and procrastination at the moment, and my theory is the snacking is because it's a stimulant and the procrastination because schoolwork isnt stimulating enough. What I'm trying to do is use exposure to accustomize myself to doing boring things, and reward myself by watching reading some sherlock. Thanks for the video!

Holy shit Like this video was literally the best motivation video I’ve ever seen. I really needed this right now. The past weeks really sucked and my motivation level got lower from day to day. I have such a problem setting goals. I work out several times each week and I keep doing it, but I don't really have any goals and I feel so weird about it. Everyone seem to know what they want with their journey. I just want to workout. This is such a great video!

Thank you my lovely Sophie ❤️for making this video. I had my walk yesterday.of 1000k instead of 8000k steps for I wasn’t feeling good to workout so I just walked. Now its 10:30 am n I’m still sitting with my coffee when I would workout by 6-7 am. I’m going to start my stretches now 😁❤️😘

Wow I was meant to wake up at 6:00am today as I want to change my mindset and be more motivated in the mornings but I hit that damn button to turn it off when it woke me up and went back asleep. I had the option to get up and change something in my life and I didn’t! That’s not happening again! I wrote a lot of your key points in my journal and am 100% going to be constantly coming back to this video for a reminder to keep going thank you Sophie 💗

I am currently doing a 10 week workout program and I will start week 3 tomorrow and I have to constantly remind myself not to be so hard on myself! While doing the workouts I tend to be so disappointed when I cannot do a certain move or have to take multiple breaks. And I did notice some improvement but my failure is usually what I focus on. I constantly pep talk myself, telling me it is progress and as long as I show up I will improve. But girl, my mind is trying to sabotage me 😂 But I totally agree with what you said. Taking one step at a time and keep showing up.

My happy place is going for a bike ride and taking in all the scenery 🚴🏼‍♀️ It’s not always sunshine and butterflies though. Sometimes rain and wind make it utterly miserable 😂

I do Brazilian jujitsu as well, 🔥 but Nogi. Been doing it for half a year & have learned so much!! It’s mentally challenging just like weightlifting. I weight train 5days a week & jujitsu 4x a week. 🔥
