I realized something when you talked about happiness. All of my friends and family tell me that "All you think about is your business and the gym" "You are going to become sad". And I never really do anything for myself to "make me happy". I am working around 3 hours a day on my business, still in school and working out 2 hours a day. I never really anymore hang out with my friends. But wierdly, I am the happiest I have ever been. And I think that it connects to what Alex said about "If you stop trying to become happy you will become happy".

Also realize that friends and family often project their own insecurities onto you and so what they reveal has nothing to do with you and everything to do with them. You are the owner of your own happiness and that needs no external validation. Sometimes people wish they had the courage to do what you are doing, but instead of saying that they project their lack of courage on you. Keep doing you and prioritize your needs.

I was suicidal for the whole high school and even after that for 2 years. I was a procrastinator and without a doubt a loser. Depressed all the time with no joy for life. Met some strangers from Spain and their energy actually gave me life, their perspective shifted my perspective from top to bottom. Once I stopped thinking about being happy and started actually working, improving myself, just let things be things, one day at night, I thought and realized that I wasnt suicidal for a while and I was enjoying my life more than ever. So, definitely dont chase happiness because you wont have it. I couldnt agree more

Talk therapy doesn’t heal the energetic wound. We energetically attune to each other (Bluetooth style) especially our children. This is WHY we are the average of the 5 people we spend the most time with. Maybe we can be the sum of the 5 people we spend the most time with? If we believe it, it’s true. I’m choosing to be the sum. Anyway, I’m an energy healer and I’m happy 99%. Because I’ve finally learned to love all the aspects of me & my reality is a projection of my subconscious. Only problem is I’ve still got blind spots where I’m not conscious, especially around business and money. I just had a download and am claiming that I am gamifying business, finances, and attracting amazing collaborations for the highest good of all. Win-win-wins! I’ve already gamified everything else in my consciousness, so far, so this is like the final frontier for me. Maybe I’m feeling a little overinflated at the moment, but I’m going to ride this wave out, lol

The part about his team member thinking of himself as “bad” or “too nervous” to do public speaking and then fixing it with practice and hours made so much sense, people ruminate and self reflect on past experiences, Ruling out full on realms of life that can bring so much achievement and fufilment to their life, when the solution is one that is logical and practical and doesn’t bring emotion into the mix. You’re not as good at something as someone else who is good. You think you are bad at something but you just haven’t practised it nearly enough, it makes so much sense. Thanks Alex

Everyone has a set of priorities, priorities that are most important to least important to them. Alex’s is business, health and fitness maybe relationships in these areas he is internally inspired this means he doesn’t need motivation, he doesn’t just enjoy the end result he loves the process. Here’s the thing we ALL have an area like that where we enjoy not just the end result but the process. The only reason your looking for a shortcut or a ‘lottery’ as he’s talking about is because you are trying to live in someone else’s lane or doing something that is not truly inspiring to you. So the whole idea about ‘work’ is the reward depends on whether you are clear and have the courage to do what you love from within.

Healing then automatically is a product of you proving to yourself that you can be and are a different person and that you are capable of great things. Pushing through things even if you dont feel like it leads to confidence. The people who "heal themselves" through focusing on their problems and talking about them all the time are ones who are never going to actually heal and they waste a lot of precious lifetime.

Thank you. I have been considering concepts and ideas that all too often become frustrations because I have always wanted to win by becoming #1 or reaching the, "End of the Rainbow" status that just would never come. But to consider work being the goal, to become better and better so that I could become useful...Whoa! You, Sir, have just helped me to a point that I cannot express here. Thank you.

Ok, I want to be absolutely clear. I have nothing against your business focused content. But THIS. THIS is what changes peoples lives. Thats the type of crap I want to help people with, not just "helping" them chase meaningless dreams. Most people, if they were to get what they wanted today, they would be MISERABLE tomorrow. I want to show them that they already have what they need to be happy. (do not misunderstand, I am not encouraging stagnation. Rather, the process of growth is more valuable than the result of doing the thing. And guess where you are? The process of growth.

Bible has preached this for thousands of years. Happiness is fleeting. You will not be content in life with God.

Yes all this is in the Bible, but most men make themselves gods instead of submission to GOD. Because they love the sins of the flesh.

Bro Alex! Wow! What an unreal vid man! Even the part about God giving Adam a job first I mean everything you said in this video was by far in my opinion be best content you have ever put out. I try to watch a lot of the stuff you put out while I'm working. Lol. The only thing I could say is just thank you for doing what you do that's all just thank you.
