I have had mine on the wrist for 34 days constantly it has lost 20 seconds I bought it with bracelet and I had the omega rubber strap fitted the first few day's were slightly uncomfortable until it settled down it sits on the wrist perfectly and is so comfortable I am well pleased

I agree the sub and the 300M are night and day different. It just comes down to what speaks to you. Don’t try to justify with specs or reasoning. When you hold it and try it on your wrist, your gut will tell you.

It’s a beautiful watch and looks so good in different light. I don’t think it wears big at all, I have around a 7 inch wrist. I also have a 43mm Tag Heuer Aquaracer and it wears much smaller than that.

Wish they would have put a deployment clasp on the rubber strap and either got rid of or reduced the size of the HE escape valve. Omega hit it out of the park with the white dial. The waves break it up. Looks fantastic.

Good video! Personally i think the SMP 300 is more playful, technically superior and has alot more to discover. A Rolex Sub is the oposite of playful but is the more desired and timeless watch. Even in 100 years it won‘t look dated. The Omega sure will.. I own the white dial SMP 300 on a bracelet and i enjoy it for what it is. Omega feels more sophisticated and unfortunately for the Rolex owners is that there a too many fake watches around. So if you own one, some may think it is a fake..

I consider omega the more respectable brand. it's not so 'in your face' like rolex. Of course that's an impression based on image through advertisement. I understood that most Omega watches are better shielded against magnetic fields than the Rolex milgauss. They also seem very precise.

I have been on the look out for a white diver with a black ceramic bezel for a while, and have a few in cheaper brands, but was definitely curious about the Seamaster, although still a little bit big for my taste. My ideal would be a 40 mm explorer 2 with black ceramic bezel, but either it won't happen or won't be able to get one at an AD even if they make it. 😫

@@thegraciefighter102 I like the HEV, much prefer the Omega’s larger hands to the Sub’s tiny ones, the “clunky” bracelet is easier to operate than Rolex’s stupid clasp and the thickness is purely subjective, I think the Sub’s bracelet tapers too much, feels almost feminine at the clasp. Rolex’s bezel is great though.

Absolutely not, there is never going to be a so called Oerfect Dive watch that exhibits skeleton hands, it is a horrible look. Divers do not rely so much on their watches as only a back up.....now, the Planet Ocean, beautiful; the Omega ploprof would be even a much wider choice.
