In Québec too, we have a sign with an actual drawing of a child run over. o_O And it says "Slow down, this child could be yours." Doesn't that imply that... it's ok if you hit someone else's child? You should only be careful because it might be your kid? Also, if I don't have kids, it's ok that I speed around and hit kids because they're definitely not mine?
