I don't know how I could best describe this project. A restoration, a rebuild; perhaps something between these two would be more accurate, but I don't know how should I call it. I would definitely like hear your thoughts, so please leave your comments below!
What I can say with certainty is that this project was a really challenging one. Follow me as I bring to life this beautiful little drill press. I hope you’ll enjoy it as I enjoyed it myself.
All the best
Dimitris

@@JimmysCanal Thanks for the reply. I am sure kids on a bus could be interesting, just not usable on KZbin. School bus drivers are important got to get the kids driven safely to school.

Love this series more and more. At 6.46 what kind of drill bit are you using to bore the hole for the column. I dont recognise it?

Thank you my friend! I'm very happy that you like the series. At 5:46 I'm using an 11.4mm standard HSS drill followed by a 12mm reamer, to establish a perfect hole as reference for the DTI you see at 6:50. Then at 7:17 and 7:37 I'm widening the hole using two HSS drills, a 16mm short one and a 19mm with reduced shank. All the best Dimitris
