I don't know how I could best describe this project. A restoration, a rebuild; perhaps something between these two would be more accurate, but I don't know how should I call it. I would definitely like hear your thoughts, so please leave your comments below!
What I can say with certainty is that this project was a really challenging one. Follow me as I bring to life this beautiful little drill press. I hope you’ll enjoy it as I enjoyed it myself.

As usual, a real lesson in precise and methodical machining. And of course, beautiful attention to detail. Cant wait for part 3.

Now, about the 'precise and methodical machining' I have to say this: although I've been methodical and careful from the beginning of this project, I didn't avoid mistakes (thankfully not serious ones).
