Watchmaker’s Sensitive Drill Press - Restoration, Rebuild or Something in Between? Part 8/8

I don't know how I could best describe this project. A restoration, a rebuild; perhaps something between these two would be more accurate, but I don't know how should I call it. I would definitely like hear your thoughts, so please leave your comments below!
What I can say with certainty is that this project was a really challenging one. Follow me as I bring to life this beautiful little drill press. I hope you’ll enjoy it as I enjoyed it myself.

That must have been soooo satisfying to actually use it after all that beautiful work, Dimitris!! Spectacularly Well Done, and a great presentation of all the details you always put into your work. High Compliments to both Kosta's colaborations!! Superb box design fit and finish, and ultra clean wiring...eye candy for sure! Exemplary planning and execution of basically a custom blue print build. Through and through a real treat that will last generations. Looking forward to seeing the Lamp build! Hat Tip, ~PJ

Hey PJ, I don't know if a 'Thank You' is enough for your kind words! Yes, it was really satisfying especially when I saw that this tiny drill press managed to drill a hole on a 6mm thick piece of steel (something that I'm not going to do it again). Both Kosta's did fantastic work, for which I have thanked them many many times. Without their help this project would be really difficult to finish into that level. Thanks for the video. Great series of video. The part that surprised me was how the drive belt worked, it was nice a simple, but my brain could not see it till you put it on. Nice and relaxing with great information.

Ξέρω πολύ καλά οτι το συγκεκριμένο πρότζεκτ ήταν αρκετά χρονοβόρο, αλλά εν τέλει το αποτέλεσμα σε δικαίωσε! Μπράβο Δημήτρη! Πάντα τέτοια! Υ.Γ.: Αξίζει ένα μπράβο και ο Κώστας για την ξύλινη κατασκευή! Κώστας
