v8.I sure would like to bring my LS 2018 2 door.I had the conversion done by bruiser in florida.All axles (dyna 60 front and rear) king shocks , bead lock 40s etc. You wont be disappointed. I have a basic gladiator that we tow behind our rv. Its gong by by in a month we are getting the hemi.392.Trade in for the hemi.Full factory warrnty.

I suspect that your gladiator was in 3rd gear at the top of the hill. Put it in manual shift mode to hold it in 2nd. It's not about power when you have the traction and the right gearing.

were you in drive or in manual mode? the 8 speed reacts better in manual mode and do not cut power either in manual, whereas in drive it cuts. My old jk 5spd auto was cutting power when off camber and inclined

I actually didn’t try the manual mode. Maybe that would of helped! I know if I’m too high in the Rpms it shifts anyways. So that’s why I didn’t think to try it.

Do you have traction control turned off? If it's still on, then it's going to cut power to the wheel spinning in 4H.

Yes it was off. I have a tazer and it keeps it off. I had plenty of power up until it got super steep. Wonder if jeep has some kind of safety feature.

What were you guys running for tire pressure? I run about 7 psi with 37s and for the most part you can crawl up everything without spinning.

I was way too high at 24psi. I haven’t installed the arb twin compressor yet since I’m getting the 2021 gladiator diesel. Once I have that rig I’ll install. The offroad park didn’t have a way to air up since its was so late in the season.

The turbo kits for the 3.6 have not been to successful. Supercharger or engine swap. If you haven't re-geared do that first.
