Excellent talk. As long as we have such well versed experts, optimism around Pakistan remains.

He is resenting radical ideas about Dams. It would be better to have a dialogue with opposing experts

Thank you, The Black Hole, the presentation is 👍. Though implementing such a solution is like restructuring the social and political relation of 200 millions + people. But optimism is understandable, technical people often present new solutions with this much enthusiasm. When Ayub Khan was dealing with Indus waters, he was also offering a technocratic solution with one of the largest infrastructure developments in the history of Pakistan after the British which turned this land into a hydraulic society.

Good luck to Pakistan , potential buyer of the Pakistan water surplus is peninsular India , however I hope it does not become one more resource of the Military .
