Take care you select the correct pump! This video is about the replacement of the Water pump on a 1.4TSI ecofuel engine on CNG ( probably the CDGA type engine). These motors need a different water pump than the gasoline engine. They look 99% identical, but the pump for the CNG engine has a larger impeller diameter, for better cooling!

Thank you! Very useful video! But this engine 1.4 TSI CDGA Ecofuel needs 60 mm diameter impeller pump, i.e. HEPU P670, not HEPU P651 with 55 mm. Good luck!

@@marianivan8495Gas is hotter than petrol so if you installed this pump, you have a hotter working process in the engine and maybe the pump cant cool it down enough over some time

Si la mine la vwcjetta 1.4 tsi 103 kw motor BMY a inceput sa picure la 90000 putin si am inlocuito la servis cu una mai ieftina ca hepu, munca foarte multa🤗

Last question, how did you drain the coolant?

I didn't drain it, it came to me without coolant, the coolant been spilled when the old water pump broked. Almost every car has a coolant draining screw on the bottom of the coolant radiator, you can check there.

Gestern die Wasserpumpe getauscht. Beim cthb mit Kompressor 6 Stunden arbeit *kotz* Der 1.4tsi ist eine totale Fehlkonstruktion. Nun wird er verkauft.
