Thank you for your clear descriptions! I have taught children and adults to draw from real life and pictures for over 25 yeas, first with watercolor pencils and then was introduced to watercolors a decade ago. I love your sweet and simple descriptions of your process. You make it so easy for beginners to follow, plus inspire us oldie but goodies. Bless you and keep on!!!

How did you know horses are my FAVORITEEEE! I I want to try this one, but need to purchase watercolor paper. What is the difference between cold press and hot press watercolor blocks? Also, if you could recommend your favorite watercolor pallets, that would be great! Thanks you so much for your time and this video!

I LOVE horses, too!!! Hot pressed paper is pressed with heat, so it's a smoother, slicker surface than cold-pressed, which retains more texture. I like both, as long as they're cotton! And my favorite palette is the Mijello 18 well palette--I think I mention both of these in the video description. Thanks for your comment!
