Jackson's art now makes their own brand of Squirrel Mops which are very good and slightly cheaper. A size 13 Jacksons mop brush is roughly the same size as a size 4 Isabey brush.
Goat Haired Calligraphy Brush
The brush used in this demonstration was purchased from Jackson’s Art. I regularly use the Large and Medium sizes of this brush. Please see link below:

Paint
I use a variety of paint brands including Daniel Smith and Windsor & Newton in both the Cotman and Artist’s range. The Cotman colours are very economic to purchase and are used by both students and professional artists including Sophie Knight RWS. Colours used Cotman Raw Sienna, Light Red and Ultramarine. Windsor & Newton Artists Windsor Blue (this could be substituted for Cotman Intense Blue). Cotman Watercolours

Paper Fabriano Artistico The paper used for this demonstration was Fabriano Artistico EW 140lb Rough. This is a 100% cotton rag paper with a beautiful bright white surface that aids the creation of vibrant translucent watercolours.
