Great to see you reacting to Rolling Quartz! The singer (Jayoung) has so much energy and her voice is so powerful. The drummer is excellent, and Iree (guitars) is always smiling (and her "wah-wah face" is funny, too). They did a lot of free live streams over the last couple of years, which were great to watch. Only thing they need is some more original songs...

Great band, I started listening to their music and watching their on-line concerts about three years ago. I recommend you check out the interview that Local Band Smoke Out did with them not too long ago, it's pretty cool. IMHO: Their mini EP "Fighting" is worth listening too. I love it! To help answer your question; Choi Hyunjung also has a tuner clamped to the head-stock of her guitar. The twin guitar effect between Iree and Choi is always enjoyable and entertaining. Arem and Yeong eun make up an incredible tempo and rhythm section. Jayoung's MC and lead vocals are absolutely fantastic. I'm really looking forward to so much more from this band. Rock on Rolling Quartz, we "diadem" are ready!! 👑 Your reaction is awesome Wave, thanks! I can't wait to see this band later this month (hence why I'm missing BM). I'd more-or-less decided Rolling Quartz weren't for me based on their MVs, but this song is great. That riff has such an Iron Maiden vibe to it (which is a massive compliment of course), and the tempo-change too! Maybe I need to listen to them more live.

Same. Too much K-pop aesthetic in their MVs. Which means dress them as slutty as you can get away with. Much better seeing them in a live performance.

at one time Hyunjung the second guitarist had a pikachu attached to her guitar neck so I think it's just something cute. These girls are just so much fun to watch live great stage delivery I always catch their live streams which happen about every 4 months.

Hyunjung (blue green bottom hair guitarist) listed as rythm guitar. I'd say in rolling quartz they're having guitar 1 and guitar 2. from this concert kinda sad that we can't see Hyunjung in the end flexing. kinda surprised that you chose concert video, they have a MV for that song even though it's not their title track. Iree (red hair guitarist) is the smiley one. she's always smiling, even spotted (almost) fail to hold smile in one of their MV. Arem (bassist) and Youngeun (drummer), sadly no close up towards them in this video. first, in this song there's no special moment for bass so no camera focus on Arem, second, camera position seems impossible to shot on Youngeun. Jayoung (vocalist) is a great energetic vocalist. she got enerjayoung as nickname for a reason. this song is the longest song from them. the other ones actually somewhat similar to kpop structure (just added guitar solo/breakdown). in Delight and Holler, guitar breakdown section is interesting. the rest are mostly as guitar solo.
