I will always have a deep hatred for mothers (or fathers) who 1. Eat in front of their kids without feeding them and 2. Witnessing someone abusing their child and not stepping in. I hope he stays the great father figure that he wants to be and I hope that he STAYS there for his little boy. She is toxic. She does not take accountability for her actions and she’s HIGHLY manipulative. I hope that little boy recovers from this trauma. 😢

I have to give my full respect to the father for getting past his drug addiction and swapping it for an addiction to being the best dad possible. He earned a second chance cleaning himself up for his son, and he's obviously making that his main focus in life.

My mom starved plenty of nights making sure I ate. That's what mothers do. My mom is actually why food became a love language. I started pretending I was full so she'd get something to eat too because she wouldn't eat anything until I was content. I do this with my husband now too because his metabolism is so high. When I was growing up, and im talking 2 and 3 yrs old, we lived paycheck to paycheck. We always had food but we did eat mayo and tomato sandwiches. No matter what we had food. One thing that I'd still choose a mayo and tomato sandwich over is any kind of spaghetti-os or any kind of pasta. I ate homemade spaghetti so much growing up that I hate it.

I mean once my mom sent me to school with only mayo, she had accidentally forgotten the turkey.. I still ate it and I liked it so when we didn't have meat but we hate bread and mayo that's what I made myself.
