Say what you want but young was a beast, the only young white european to be called pele. He was everywhere on the field, defending ,battling, tackling, getting up,speed, passing defenders like a knife into butter and still having the energy to score or make a decisive pass n conclude. The most amazing thing is that i always thought (the amount of excessive energy spent at such a young age) that he would burn out young like a Micheal Owen..like 24/25 he would be finished but then we saw another Rooney, as good, not exploxive but world class.Phenomenon! We will not see anyone like him in football soon. P.s im a liverpool fan.
