On Friday, one of my work friends was talking about how her pores have gotten noticeably larger since she had her daughter three years ago. We were discussing various techniques, including those horrifically painful pore strips we all used in the early aughts - you know the kind that rips off the first layer of skin/hair/your soul. Not an hour later I got this notification, immediately texted it to her, and she was in disbelief at how simple this is and so grateful for the knowledge! 🥰 Wayne is not just a cosmetics expert. He's a full blown wizard with magical powers 💕

Great news! I've always had wide deep open pores on my nose. I started using benzoyl peroxide 5% (Paula's Choice very thin runny texture) every am. After less than 2 weeks my pores look almost invisible. There are shallow indentations but not deep dark holes. Recently started Laroche Pose 5.5% Effaclar Duo (thicker more emollient). I had to share. So inexpensive and effective.

I've always had oily skin and large pores (think orange peel) on nose and cheeks. I've been taking a vitamin A supplement (cod liver oil, pills are better for me because I'm a picky eater) for the last couple months and the pores have shrunk. Not completely, but they are smaller. Another benefit is less overall redness on the face, fewer spots/blemishes. We can't ignore nutrition and expect to be healthy (physical appearance is one indicator of good or ill health).

I would love to see a series with sunscreen as well. it's an everyday application so I rarely put on makeup without there being a base layer of spf.

It works just as well over sunscreen. Obviously you allow time in between your sunscreen & your make up application as you would do anyway (or should do if you want your sunscreen to work to its potential) apply your sunscreen first thing am after washing your face/showering. Leave to absorb for a good 20-30 minutes, *then* apply make up & any tips & tricks. Make up should never put directly over sunscreen as is shown on many channels as it has not had time to settle into skin. Therefor not giving it enough time to do its job, which is create a barrier between your skin and any sunlight you are to come into contact with. It’s not just a moisturiser, it has a real job to do. - Hope this helps : )
