I love both of the designs! Great demonstration as well. I really enjoy my Nessy as an EDC blade and I have used it quite a bit in the kitchen and heavily in camp. I have cut meat with the JR but I haven't used it for skinning. As you showed here it is quite capable. I have used my JR heavily for bushcraft and camp tasks and it really excels in those roles as well. I also did a video on these two as well in case you haven't seen them you may enjoy seeing another viewpoint. Thanks for sharing and I wish you continued success on your channel!

WC knives are awesome! I have several. The WC Nessy is a great EDC with common use. I dont have the WC Jr Woodman, but I do have the WC Babybird which is similar and I like more over the WC Nessy. WC Knives has a great selection based on several styles of cutting and makes cutting jobs seem effortless.

The round beaver blade knife is the way to go for skinning a beaver, less risk of poking a hole thru the fur! Keep on keeping on!

I love the Nessy, what I call the LARK (lower Alabama river knife). I have one of the first ones in a flat grind. Great little knife...!!

I have cancer. Just finished chemo and radiation. Surgery in a few weeks, just trying to stay active and in the woods as much as I can.
