At 4:56, the State prosecuter mentions University police making OFF CAMPUS traffic stops. Officer Kidd replies that they were directed to do so. I would have immediately asked, DIRECTED BY WHOM ? By What AUTHORITY? This is extremely relevent, because UNIVERSITY CAMPUS POLICE are basically just armed Crossing guards. Why they are patrolling off campus, off school grounds, on City Streets, makes me EXTREMELY PISSED OFF.

If that was his “brother in duty” and after event was concerned, why didn’t “Tensing” ask for assistance and if if was getting “confrontational” why not at the moment have the 2 stand by officers within hearing range ; step in and support the stop? Tensing hasn’t been on the duties that long so he “might of trained him too”

This is what's wrong. We aren't The Policed States of America. Cops shouldn't be out hunting for people who have an infraction, or make a mistake, etc. If you're hunting, and you pull someone over, that person should never end up dead.

They can turn it on/off but can't erase any footage. When they first started, cops kept them off all the time. Then they were written up when their audit showed stops that weren't recorded, next time they're suspended, then without pay, etc....it's second nature now, they automatically put them on to engage people.

Jamie Kokoszka Why did he have to shoot to kill to "remove the threat" If he had to fire the gun at all why didn't he fire a warning shot into the air, he wouldn't have had to aim anywhere to do that and no one would have died. The film "CLEARLY " shows Tensing aiming at Debos' head and Debos leaning away to his right and raising his left arm to try to protect himself from the bullet heading for him. That film does not lie!!! Tensing is a lier. FACT! This trile was fixed plain to see.
