In all these videos of the trial you can clearly see Tensing is working the jury sympathy by trying to look saddened by what happened. I want the tissues he used tested for tears because I saw no real tears all I saw was him forcing himself to display emotion to gain sympathy. This man panicked and blasted dude in the head period. He claims he did it to stop the car but the gunshot is what prompted the car to take off uncontrollably. Debose may have been handling the officers arm in some fashion but all the dip shit needed to do is pull his arm back and leave the inside of the car where he shouldn't have been in the first place. Instead he shot the man because he wanted him stopped. Clearly he was upset the man wasn't wanting to let him in the vehicle. He murdered a man that was guilty of what?, a license plate infraction and maybe possession of weed did they say? A scratch on his arm warrants murder?! Cops need to be held to a higher standard but they continue to shoot people for what they PERCEIVE? I wish there was video from a nearby house because I think it would clearly show he shot the man in a panic and the car was not dragging his ass anywhere until he shot.

Thought it to be quite odd that at 39:00, the evidence officer allowed to be able to circle around the podium, with his firearm located on his right hip, of which it has a magazine loaded, in very close grasp of a defendant- any defendant. Especially one that has demonstrated how quickly he can manipulate holster safety features, withdraw, and discharge a firearm under extreme situation. Now of course we know that this defendant has not demonstrated a flight risk, risk to society, and on a retrial. But, is this courtroom set this way for all others who sit next to this podium and monitor for witnesses such as law enforcement (i.e. Jimmy Pham) to just walk up and circle a defendant? Hmmm... courtroom you may want to evaluate this?

This was a TRAFFIC STOP where a trigger happy murderer shot a man DEAD .... And he was only pulled over for a LICENSE PLATE VIOLATION 😢 The man would have EVENTUALLY been arreated for felony evasion after taking off and charged with driving on a suspended license but that PIG took the law into his own hands, became a vigilante NOT A PEACE OFFICER OR PUBLIC SERVANT and decided to give the man the death penalty for attempting to take off on him! GIVING UP after MISTRIALS is the same as condoning what that POS did and ANYONE INVOLVED IN THAT DECISION SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

@@denniscarlton3404 The motorist was wrong for not having a front license plate, for driving with a suspended license, and for driving away. The question was, did the motorist put the officers life in peril, necessitating deadly force? The video demonstrates that the incident did not take place as the officer described. He shot the driver while he was still standing, at point blank range in the head. Unfortunately, juries are still very reluctant to convict an officer of the law. The psychology seems to be: "If we can't trust them, who can we trust?" Had the cop, stepped back, let his backup officers give chase, he would still be on the force, the driver would still be alive, and the taxpayers would not be out about six million dollars dollars for his trigger happy antices!

Check up on the evidence you will find that the driver had trapped the officers arm against the steering wheel and was trying to drag the officer as he drove away. That is what the vidio shows when slowed down. THE OFFICER DOESN'T have to be pulled into the ground to stop the ass from killing. Him. Don't try to kill a cop if you don't want to get shot. THE OFFICER WAS RIGHT!!!!

Bullet entered above left ear, exited on a downward angle behind right ear and slightly toward back of head. SD was turned sideways facing RT who was holding gun above SD's head and on a downward angle. The bullet was found in a piece of radio equipment on floor under dashboard passenger side. Casing ejected from gun found on backseat floorboard bump between the seats with red hat. A real life tragedy, senseless and depressing all down the line. Peace to those who are mourning.

@@timsmith2279 That's not true Tim, Tensing's left arm was never caught in the steering wheel, I watched all the videos and court testimony, DuBose had no weapon and had just turned the ignition on. When Tensing pulled the trigger Dubose was immediately killed and the dead weight of his leg pressed the accelerator. I am not against all police, just those who abuse their power and ignore the Constitution. As a Cincinnati official said, Tensing had the license plate number, he knew where DuBose lived. There was no threat. Tensing was a College cop who made bad decisions, put a bullet in a man's head from inches away and left a family without a husband, father, uncle, brother. Tensing left an entire city hating the police.
