All the rest, no matter how hugely great, don't seem to be so much standing apart as the two. And then, the way he more than modified (developed is better word) his gear - much like Eberhard Weber had his upright basses.

I could do it, i dont think its that impressive. If you’re not a guitarist or just havent improvised a lot, i could see it. Not saying its bad in any way though, mainly the vibrato is what stands out to me.

Watching "only one song" before sleep isn't possible with Roth playing, you end up watching all the Scorps and Roth footage and lives. Mindblowing performance, the Hendrix covers are from another planet.

WoW, Uli Roth is as great as ever. Nice to see one of my heroes from the 70's still bringing it so intensely. "Virgin Killers" is the first Scorpions record that I bought as a young teenager. And Uli's one of a kind kick ass guitars. What a sound and what a Great Great Guitarist. I still get goose bumps listening to the old and new music. U Rock and so does everyone that loves The Scorpions and Uli, and Michael Shenker and older brother Rudolph's ability to make The Greatest Band ever. Mathias Jabs has carried the band to the US with his own definitively Great style and presence. And when I saw all three, okay 4 of the guitarists with my favorite singer/song composer Klaus, Herman Rarebell on drums on the same stage, I couldn't believe it. It was the most significant show I had ever seen. And they pulled it together quite well. Yeah Uli Jon Roth!

I remember the first time I heard the Scorpions and was blown away by Klaus Meine's vocals but Uli was doing light years ahead guitar at that time. Quite an amazing guitarist who ventured beyond. Metamorphosis of Vivaldi's Four Seasons is a masterpiece without peer.

saw him around this time frame in Orlando, Florida. Not many people but he rocked the place like it was packed, so glad i got to see him play. always thought the Scorpion albums he played on was some of my favorite. Their sound changed after he left and still the sound today. Rock On
