We are all Enlightened Beings - Consciousness is Always Free

Adrian explains how the non-dual understanding, that we, as consciousness, are already whole and complete, can help us to relax and to welcome our body, mind and the world as it is.
And that the world is not only here to overcome it, to go beyond it, but that it was created for our enjoyment, to experience the beauty and love of a human experience. He then continues and shows that the end of suffering is not achieved by escaping the body, mind and world but by "enlightening" it with experiential understanding.

As soon as consciousness is interacted with from birth it gets caught in it's own momentum waiting to be guided to self to remove suffering.

Yes, it’s good to remember though that it’s our play of forgetting and remembering, all in and as this one universal consciousness. Once we remember again (and so forth overcame suffering) we’re free to enjoy the play!

FINDING A GOOD TEACHER is very difficult. There are MANY teachers popping up, but very few I would consider authentic. But, Adrian is VERY AUTHENTIC… see for yourself. Of course there is no absolute truth in the words as spoken language is always bound to duality. It depends on the context in which we use the words but ultimately the absolute truth is only to be found in silence. Om shanti 🙏
