WE ARE DERBY | Season 2 Episode 8 - The Season Ends

The final instalment of the 2022-23 season is here as Derby face a tricky run of games to end the campaign. Open training comes to Pride Park Stadium as the fans are given an opportunity to meet the players. The Ewe Rams host Nottingham Forest in an A52 derby with over 5000 fans present to enjoy the occasion. As the curtain falls on the campaign, Rams head coach, Paul Warne sits down to reflect on his first year with the club.

The fact that we are actually still a club is amazing, we can hopefully achieve goals like the playoffs or promotion next season. Mel Morris is in the past and now we have Clowes and can actually buy players. I can’t wait to see what we can achieve! COYR ⚫️⚪️🐑

We are all bound by our clubs owners unfortunately and with mother clubs ,like us you never get chance to know what there plans are moving forward ,we l see blackpool fc I think saddlers only at our club to make money first ,we brought in nearly 6 million transfers last season ,still didn't spend or maybe we d have stayed up .

What a disappointing end to the season with Warne failing to improve our position in the table. Lots of work to do before the new season starts.

League one will be epic and unrelenting again due to many big or medium sized clubs in the league ,nothing will be easy especially for my club blackpool fc let down by a scum owner again ,since promotion 2 seasons ago to championship,he never bought a player ,both seasons we came bottom with the player buying spend ,we're as tiny Rotherham spent at least there tv money 5 half million ,theyv stayed up and we're in carnage ,I heard derbies player buying embargo is over so surely yous will take no chances next season ,though sheff wed spent big last season and still here at least 6 big clubs ,derby ,sheff wed ,probably Bolton ,Portsmouth ,maybe Barnsley again ,we could double dip and go down again but hoping since we have ,a mutual respect and like each other's fans ,hope yous go back up next season or it will be bad news your size club ,it took Sunderland 5 seasons 😂 and Ipswich 4 ,crazy league .

🖤🤍 considering the hand we were dealt and the limitations we had to work with, from where we were.. to where we ended the season I am so proud of what we we able to achieve and what we almost pulled off. I am so excited for next season and what is possible. 🐏 COYR
